Here’s why: outdoor shows take an incredible amount of planning, teamwork, and behind‑the‑scenes magic to bring to life. Long before gates open, crews are building stages, running power, testing sound, coordinating safety teams, and preparing the grounds.
Because so much of this work happens days or weeks in advance, and because artists, staff, and vendors travel from all over to make the event happen, we’re committed to paying people for their work. Light rain won’t stop the show but your safety always comes first. If weather ever becomes a true risk, our team will communicate updates.
